Stopped working after using less than a dozen times
I liked these gloves and they kept my hands warm while skiing. Then after using only a few times the right glove stopped working. I first thought it might be the battery and swapped the batteries. The glove still does not work. Efforts to reach the seller have gone unanswered. I’ll keep trying to see if they honor their warranty. Very frustrating and time consuming.After writing this review I did hear back from the seller. They apologized for the delay and said they were on winter break. They are sending me a pair of new gloves. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 star. These are very comfortable gloves just as long as they work!

I wore these gloves in 5 degree temperatures and my hands didn't feel a chill at all. They stayed warm even after getting them wet from snow.
One battery lasted less than an hour before needing to be recharged. The other was good for several hours of use, as advertised. I contacted customer support and they sent a replacement battery immediately.
These weren't cheap but worth every penny. I'd gladly purchase them again, and I'm quite pleased with the support.
