After suffering a few setbacks over the past year, Sony has officially revealed a release date for its foldable dual-screen Tablet P.

The Tablet P will be released on March 4, and is available to purchase both in-store and on AT&T’s website for $400 with a two-year 4G HSPA+ service agreement. Not too keen on a contract? Customers will also be able to opt for a more flexible — albeit more expensive — month-to-month or prepaid-service data plans, which raises the price further north to $550.

Sony’s latest tablet certainly carries a unique form factor. The Tablet P weighs a measly 0.83 pounds, and features dual 5.5-inch displays that fold together. It’s powered by Google’s Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) operating system and – in a nod to gamers – comes with full PlayStation certification, which means users can download and play original PlayStation games. Customers will also be able to connect wirelessly to Sony’s music and video-streaming services, as well as download ebook content from Sony’s Reader Store.

Because nobody likes to browse the Internet at snail-like speeds, Sony has promised the Tablet P will offer faster loading times thanks to in part to its Quick view and Quick Touch technologies.

As with most tablets out now, Sony is aiming to provide consumers access to a large amount of digital content and entertainment. Offering plenty of entertainment options is important for many tablet buyers and since a company like Sony is synonymous with entertainment – and happens to have a strong presence in gaming, music, and film — it’s no surprise that the Japanese consumer electronics giant is trying to flex its muscle in the already burgeoning tablet market

The Tablet P will also incorporate full DNLA certification to allow users the ability to push their content to DLNA-certified TVs and AV receivers. What’s more, customers will also be given unlimited access to AT&T hot spots nationwide.

The OnePlus Watch 2 is the Wear OS smartwatch I’ve been waiting for

The OnePlus Watch 2 -- the company's first Wear OS watch -- has entered a market that Samsung dominates. However, OnePlus' popularity as a smartphone brand can be expected to bring small, yet meaningful changes that benefit not only OnePlus users, but all of the Wear OS segment in general.

For almost a decade, Samsung and Apple have predominantly been the default options if you want a smartwatch that is actually useful and goes beyond flashy features. With Samsung shifting gears and migrating from its own Tizen OS to the (relatively) more universal Wear OS platform and Google releasing its own Pixel Watch after struggling with an identity crisis in the smartwatch world, the platform has much more traction than it did a few years ago. As OnePlus carves its way into the segment, it has the opportunity to entice people who don't wish to live within Samsung's limitations when using a Galaxy Watch with another brand's phone.

Why you should buy the Apple iPad Mini 2021
The latest generation of the Apple iPad Mini was released in 2021, but it's still featured in our roundup of the best iPads because it's the model that you should buy if you want a smaller and more compact version of Apple's tablets. Its 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display is smaller than the screens of its peers, but it's still big enough to enjoy watching streaming shows and browsing websites, while allowing you to use the device with one hand. Unlike its predecessor, there's no Home button, so the Touch ID sensor is instead built into the power button at the side of the Apple iPad Mini 2021.
