If that's too expensive, moving down to an RTX 4050 is a significant step down, but a good buy at the right price.
Beyond just the GPU, take a good look at the display. 1080p (or 1200p) is good enough, but you'll at least want to make sure it has a refresh rate higher than 60Hz.
