Sony Releases Line of SD Memory Cards

sony-sd-headingSony Electronics has announced its addition to its line of consumer media with new five SD/SDHC memory cards for digital imaging products, and three new microSD/microSDHC memory cards for mobile phones. Sony says the new SD/SDHC and microSD/microSDHC memory cards are all class-4-speed for high-definition recording, except for the microSD 2GB card.

“The new cards will complement Sony’s existing Memory Stick® line, satisfying the needs of a broader range of users, and strengthening Sony’s position as a full line media supplier,” said Shane Higby, director of the consumer media business at Sony Electronics.

The full line of SD/SDHC and microSD/microSDHC memory cards will be available this month, at the following suggested list prices:

New leak suggests that AMD is about to release two new graphics cards

AMD may be about to launch two new Navi 23 graphics cards, according to a new leak. Drivers for the RX 6600 and RX 6600XT have been found in a recent update, suggesting that AMD is likely preparing to release these two GPUs soon. The information comes from a leaker known on Twitter as @KOMACHI_ENSAKA, who posted screenshots of AMD's recent drivers, including both of the new RX 6000-series cards.

It's possible that these are the graphics cards AMD was talking about earlier this year at CES 2021, an annual trade show organized by the Consumer Technology Association. During that event, AMD announced that it would be releasing a single-fan GPU in the future. It now seems that the cards in question may in fact have been the Radeon RX 6600 and 6600XT.

New leak shows that Gigabyte is releasing six RX 6600 XT cards

According to a recent leak, fans of AMD graphics cards will soon have some new options. Gigabyte's versions of AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT GPUs have been listed by the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), which likely means that several custom models of the Radeon RX 6600 XT are likely to hit the market soon. We also now know more about the specs of the upcoming AMD 6000-series graphics cards.

It seems that Gigabyte is preparing to release at least six new graphics cards. All of the GPUs feature Gigabyte's custom design and are categorized as either Gaming, OC, and Eagle. The model names of the GPUs have already been revealed. The six that we already know of are:
