What to expect when you’re expecting a huge baby sale at Best Buy

When it comes to “life-changing events,” the arrival of a new baby has to be one of the biggest items on the list. It’s also an item that requires obtaining a lot of supplies in advance of that new arrival. From monitors to strollers and more, there’s a lot to remember to pick up. Being able to get all of these in one place — and at a discount besides — will likely prove a welcome development for harried moms-and-dads-to-be. That’s why Best Buy’s new baby sale should prove good news.

Strollers

Getting that new baby from place to place is a lot easier with the right stroller, and Best Buy has several on hand.

Graco UNO2DUO. Built around a combination of plastic and polyester, this stroller boasts a 50-pound weight limit. With a front seat readily convertible into a bassinet-style platform, this tackles nap time as easily as on-the-go time. Independent four-wheel suspension helps keep baby’s ride smooth and an included basket helps keep additional cargo straight. Best Buy is offering this one up at $260, a 19% savings over the normal retail of $320.

Graco FastAction Jogger LX. A three-wheeled stroller that also carries 50 pounds, the FastAction Jogger LX incorporates a three-point to five-point harness that ensures it will grow along with the baby it carries. It offers one-second breakdown with one-hand function, ensuring that it’s tops in portability. It’s selling at $130, 19% off the normal $160.

Car Seats

Taking baby in the car requires car seats, by law in most places, so having the right one becomes crucial to any lengthy trip — or short one.

Graco TurboBooster Highback Booster Car Seat. With an open loop belt for easy installation and adjustable armrests and headrests, this car seat looks to provide versatility and comfort. Hideaway cup holders make road snacks and drinks a possibility as well. Best Buy offers this one at $40, 20% off the normal $50.

Maxi-Cosi Pria 85. The high point on this one is its security; the QuikClip auto-magnetic chest clip ensures an easy and secure connection, and the AirProtect system adds resilience against side impact. With a maximum weight limit of 85 pounds, it will keep growing kids readily safe. Buying this one gets shoppers a $50 gift card with purchase at $330, effectively a 15% discount.

Monitors

Keeping an eye on baby while in another room means peace of mind for new parents.

Motorola Video Baby Monitor. With two 2.4 GHz cameras and a 3.5-inch color display, this will keep new parents connected from anywhere in the house. A two-way communications system allows parents to speak to baby remotely as well. It’s selling at $125, a 50% savings over the normal $250.

VTech Video Baby Monitor. VTech will give Motorola a run for its money, offering two cameras and a 4.3-inch color display. Its 170-degree wide-angle lenses ensure the best in viewing. It’s now available at $170, a 15% savings over the original $200 price.

Best Buy is notorious for great sales, and this one runs through Thursday, May 16, so be sure to get in quickly!

If you have a Samsung TV, buy a Q-Series soundbar in this sale
The Samsung Q-Series 11.1.4-channel surround sound system set up in a luxurious living room.

If you got a Samsung TV with a discount from TV deals, you're surely going to enjoy a magnificent display. However, if you think the audio is lacking, that's because there's not enough space to fit premium speakers. It's highly recommended that you also invest in a Samsung Q-Series soundbar to access the fantastic Q-Symphony feature and create the perfect home theater system. These soundbars don't come cheap, but fortunately, Samsung slashed their prices. For example, the Samsung Q990C 11.1.4-channel soundbar is down to $1,400 from $1,900 for savings of $500, but like all the offers in this sale, it will only be available for a limited time.

Why you should buy a Samsung Q-Series soundbar
The primary purpose of pairing a Samsung Q-Series soundbar with a Samsung TV is to enable Q-Symphony, which allows the soundbar and the TV to operate as one. This optimizes the channels, which creates an orchestrated audio experience that you can't get from any other TV and soundbar combination. Other important features found in Samsung Q-Series soundbars include SpaceFit Sound Pro that calibrates the audio according to the environment, and built-in voice assistants to enable voice commands for various functions.
