Today’s best Prime Day Microsoft Surface deals

What Prime Day Microsoft Surface deals to expect

Amazon loves to discount popular technology during Prime Day so we’re expecting to see some great Prime Day Microsoft Surface sales going on. That will almost certainly include the likes of the Microsoft Surface Go range as well as the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (particularly bundle deals that include the Type Cover keyboard which we strongly recommend) and the Microsoft Surface Laptop 3.

Whether we’ll see discounts on the latest Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 is less certain. It’s definitely possible but if it happens, it’ll probably be a fairly modest price cut. Expect the big savings to come from last year’s models like the Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 which may be slightly older technology but will still be highly capable.

What Prime Day Microsoft Surface deals we saw last year

Last year was a great time to save if you were able to shop the Prime Day Microsoft Surface sales. We saw discounts of up to 35% off of some of the Microsoft Surface range, with $450 off the Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 and up to $175 off the Microsoft Surface Pro 7. Even the original Microsoft Surface Book enjoyed a hefty discount which was great for those on a budget and happy to buy older technology.

Should you buy a new Microsoft Surface on Prime Day?

Prime Day is generally one of the best sales events for any kind of technology. Often, it manages to be as well priced as the likes of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with the added benefit that you get to enjoy your shiny new piece of tech a few months early, so the 2021 Prime Day Microsoft Surface sales are definitely worth checking out.

It’s a good idea to have a think beforehand about what your budget is, though. With a growing number of different Microsoft Surface devices out there, you can spend a little or a lot on one so it’s vital that you know what you can afford and what you’re looking for before you jump in.
