It’s a more stylish looking Garmin than usual with a bright AMOLED display that means you might only get up to 5 days of battery life in smartwatch mode, but it looks very sharp on your wrist. It offers a broad range of health monitoring features including the usual choices, as well as energy levels, respiration, menstrual cycle, stress, sleep, and your estimated heart rate. You can also use it to download songs to your watch including playlists from Spotify or Amazon Music, making workouts more fun.
