Home and business security systems company Lorex Technology announced its sitewide discounts for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Lorex offers up to 50% off wired and wireless camera systems, including digital video recording systems and accessories, during the traditional fall sales events. During the Lorex Black Friday sale, from November 16 through November 29, select products will be discounted up to 50% off. Customers who enter the code BF2020 during checkout will automatically receive the discount. Beginning on November 30, when the Lorex Cyber Monday sale begins, customers who enter the code CM2020 at checkout will get Lorex discounts.
Lorex 1080p HD Wire-Free Security Systems
Lorex has a wide range of HD video security camera and recorder systems on its site. The Lorex 1080p HD Wire-Free systems include 1080p HD resolution video cameras with a 140-degree super-wide field of view. There are different camera configurations that cater to all property sizes; 2-camera, 4-camera and 6-camera systems. The systems include a 1080p HD recorder with a power adapter, one ethernet and one HDMI cable for the recorder, a mouse, security decal, and quick start guides. The cameras each include a rechargeable Lithium-ion power pack and mounting kit. One power pack charger is also included.
The IP67 weatherproof-rated cameras are water-resistant so that you can mount them in any location inside or outside without a wired power connection. Once you install the cameras and connect them with the recorder via Wi-Fi, each camera has an active deterrence motion-detection system. The Lorex Cirrus app only activates when the system detects motion involving people, at which time the camera begins recording and sends an alert to an associated smartphone. LED warning lights and a siren can also be triggered with the mobile app. The Lorex system is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for added access and control via voice commands.
Each camera has a built-in speaker and microphone for two-way audio to record sound and so you can talk with visitors or warn intruders. The Lorex system continues to record video and audio as long as the camera detects motion. When motion ceases, the recording stops to preserve battery life. The mobile app notifies you when the power pack battery needs recharging. You can also connect the cameras to optional solar panels to prolong battery life. As configured, the Lorex 1080p HD security cameras record video and audio clips. However, if you desire, you can convert the camera for continuous recording with an optional wired power source that functions as an accessory power pack charger.
