Blockbuster to Offer PSP Game Rentals

“This expanded collection of Blockbuster game rental offerings brings all the PSP excitement to the masses, giving more game fans the chance to play more games. In addition, gamers will be able topurchase used PSP games at Blockbuster, and, at trading stores, gamers can trade-in older games for valuable store credit. This move comes on the heels of the successful launch of the PSP inBlockbuster’s store-in-store retail outlet, Game Rush@Blockbuster.

PSP games that will be available at launch for rent at Blockbuster stores across the country include Sony’s “Twisted Metal: Head-On,” “Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade,” and EA’s “Need for Speed Underground Rivals.” All games are available for the standard game rental fee of $6.99, which gives gamers seven days of non-stop play. And, if gamers need an extra day or two, Blockbuster no longer charges late fees.”
