Seasoned Destiny 2 players know they can count on the elusive merchant Xur to make an appearance with special exotic items every Friday, but what’s not so clear is where you’ll be able to find him. Below, you’ll find a map with a marker that indicates where Xur is, as well as a list of his wares.
Who is Xur?
If you’re new to Destiny 2 and need a bit more information about how this works, you should know that Xur is a special vendor who sells exotic weapons and armor. Each week, he comes to the solar system with a slate of goods, including an exotic weapon and one piece of exotic armor for each character class. Lately, he carries Fated Engrams, which guarantee players an exotic drop they don’t already have from the collection of exotics available before the release of Shadowkeep.
Where to find Xur (October 30-November 3)
The trouble with Xur is finding him. We always know when Xur will show up — at the daily reset at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET each Friday. The question is where Xur is. Previously in Destiny 2, Xur’s location was marked on the map. He’s now unmarked and harder to find each weekend. Here’s where to go to track down Xur, the Agent of the Nine, as well as everything you need to know about what he’s offering this week.
This week, Xur is hanging out on Titan. Load into The Rig landing zone and start running to your left until you reach the edge of the map. Then turn right and run forward, hugging the railing on the edge of the map. Once you’re out from under the overpass above you, you’ll see a little building directly to your left. There’s a little stairway right next to it, so look for that if you’re lost. Go through the building’s door and you’ll find Xur in the back of the room.

Xur’s wares for this week
Skyburner’s Oath – 29 Legendary Shards: Skyburner’s Oath isn’t your average scout rifle. Rather than shooting bullets, this exotic shoots explosive rounds. When you aim down sights, the shots get faster and more powerful. It’s a rare long range explosive weapon, so you can blow enemies up from afar with this.
Transversive Steps (Warlocks) — 23 Legendary Shards: It’s leg day for Warlocks, as Xur is offering Transversive Steps this week. These exotic boots are all about speed, increasing your sprint. As an added bonus, whatever gun you have equipped will be automatically reloaded after a sprint, making these the perfect choice for situations where you need to dash out of trouble fast.
Ophidia Spathe (Hunter) – 23 Legendary Shards: Hunters get Ophidia Spathe this week, which grants one simple, deadly perk: you get two knives. So if you’re all about tossing blades at your opponents, you’ll definitely want to check out this exotic chest piece.
Eternal Warrior (Titan) – 23 Legendary Shards: Do you love to Titan Smash? Well, then you’re going to want Eternal Warrior. This exotic helmet gives you an over-shield when you activate your Fist of Havoc super, turning you into an unstoppable punching machine. Basically, wear this helmet if you want to become the Hulk.
Isochronal Engram — 97 Legendary Shards: You can only buy one of these Engrams per week, per account, but if you’re filling out your exotic collection, it’s worth it. The Fated Engram automatically gives you something you’re missing from the Destiny 2 Year 1 and 2 exotic sets, and now Forsaken as well.
Five of Swords: Xur is also offering the Five of Swords challenge this week. This challenge introduces modifiers to Prestige Nightfall missions for increased rewards.
