Fortnite Remix finale live event: how to watch and concert details

Fortnite Chapter 5 is coming to an end, as the ongoing Remix season has entered its final week. Players dropped back onto the OG Chapter 2 island throughout the month-long season with OG loot and gameplay — but with a twist.

Instead of the GHOST and SHADOW factions taking over the island, hip-hop icons such as Snoop Dogg, Ice Spice, and Eminem took over POIs as bosses and guarded vaults. Furthermore, they also carried some unique Mythic weapons that players could claim upon defeating and hiring them to fight by their side.

In the latest hotfix v32.11, Juice WRLD was added to the island as an overseer and could be spotted at a special commemorative WRLD Point landmark. However, the rapper’s in-game avatar is set to perform alongside the other three hip-hop artists in a chapter-ending Remix Finale live event that’s coming very soon later this week.

Fortnite Remix Finale live event date, time, and how to join

Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix culminates in an end-of-chapter crescendo with Remix: The Finale taking over the Battle Royale Island on at 2 p.m. ET November 30, 2024. This in-game concert event connects dreamscapes from Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Ice Spice, and Juice WRLD.

The event is said to include performances from all four artists in the form of giant avatars walking the island at their own POIs, similar to the iconic Travis Scott concert Astronomical that took place in Chapter 2.

The concert will include a new single from Snoop Dogg, Another Part of Me (feat. Sting), as well as the exclusive world premiere of an all-new Juice WRLD track, Empty Out Your Pockets.

To make sure you join the concert, Epic Games recommends:

Ensure you have the latest version of Fortnite on your preferred device
Log into Fortnite at or before 2 p.m. ET on November 30, 2024
Find the Remix: The Finale tile from the Homebar in Discover (the top row)

However, to beat the queue, join Remix: The Finale 30 minutes early to watch the show when it starts at 2 p.m. ET. Epic also informed fans that they intend to run an encore of the performance later in the day on November 30 assuming no technical issues arise. Check Fortnite’s social accounts and in-game messages after the first show ends for more details.

While seasonal changes bring plenty of minor tweaks and additions, it's almost always when a new chapter rolls around that major overhauls or new mechanics are introduced. Fortnite Chapter 4 was no exception, and aside from the extreme changes the island underwent, it brought one very important change to gameplay that makes a huge difference when going for that elusive victory royal (it isn't easy to win Fortnite, after all).

Augments, well, augment the game. There are a few challenges that somewhat introduce what these are, but they leave out almost all the important details for you to find out on your own. Augments need to be considered, and deeply understood, not only for when you get them yourself but to know what new tricks your opponents could have up their sleeves. Before you get taken by surprise, here's a complete breakdown of how to unlock augments and how they work in Fortnite.
What are augments in Fortnite?
Augments, or Reality Augments, are a new perk system introduced into Fortnite. There are currently 20 augments in the game, but there are 32 total that cycle in and out with each Season. You can get access to multiple augments during a single match, but augments do not carry over after a match is finished, whether you win or lose. These perks can range from modifying certain weapon types to granting buffs for performing actions, and much more. There are no bad augments, so you will want to get as many as possible. Augments also have their own tab in your menu where you can see which ones you've had so far to track your progress using them all.

The big day is finally here: It's time to witness Fracture, the Fortnite Chapter 3 finale event. Epic Games recently revealed more details about the event in a blog post, letting players and content creators know what to expect and how to prepare for it.

Epic took fans by surprise during the Fortnite Championship Series Invitational tournament last week with the announcement that Fortnite Chapter 3 will end a year earlier than the last two, providing just a teaser card and very little information about the finale event other than the December 3 launch date. Fortnite’s Fracture event will end Chapter 3 much sooner than expected

Epic Games has teased the next major Fortnite in-game event, Fracture, which will end Chapter 3 earlier than expected.

The event was announced at the end of the Fortnite Champion Series Invitational on Sunday night, the first in-person Fortnite tournament since 2019. After trophies were presented to the winners of this year's competition, Epic teased the title card for Fortnite Fracture, marking it as the finale of Chapter 3. It's scheduled to take place at 4 p.m. ET on December 3.
