Persona 6: everything we know so far

Originally a spinoff series from the Shin Megami Tensei series, Persona has arguably become the more popular and known name among gamers. This series set itself apart by combining the monster-catching elements of the best Pokémon games with a deep and satisfying turn-based combat system. But the real kicker is the engrossing story and lovable characters you spend so many hours with. Now that we’re several years out from Persona 5, and even from the Royal edition, everyone is looking toward the next entry in one of the best JRPG series out there. Release date speculation

Persona 3 Reload Cast — Atlus

Atlus and Sega haven’t given any indication on when Persona 6 could be released. Some rumors and leaks suggest it could be within the next two years, but there’s no way to be sure. The only thing we have regarding Persona 6 is an interview for Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight where series producer Kazuhisa Wada stated: “We are working on mid-to-long term plans, including new numbered entries, so that fans can constantly enjoy the Persona series starting next year.”

Platforms

The Persona series used to be exclusive to PlayStation, but new entries have all come to most every platform, and we expect that to continue with Persona 6. There’s a chance it might be a timed exclusive for PlayStation, but it seems safe to say Atlus will bring it to every platform eventually.

Gameplay

New Persona games will make some changes to the formula, but it shouldn’t be drastically different than Persona 5. You can expect turn-based battles, demon negotiation and fusing, some calendar system, and a host of characters to bond with.

Now that the new Modern Warfare trilogy is complete, it's time to brush up on all Call of Duty games in order before the Black Ops series resurfaces. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will pick up where Cold War left off and will be the most ambitious entry in the series yet, as it aims to take the spot as the best Call of Duty game yet. The initial teases were as cryptic as the game's themes of truth, lies, and subterfuge. That hasn't stopped us from digging through all the footage and documents to shed some light on one of our most anticipated upcoming games. There are a lot of exciting changes on the way, so we'll make sure you have all the necessary intel on Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 before release.

Deadlock: everything we know so far

It's no secret that Valve has slowed down considerably in terms of developing new titles. After releasing some of the best games of all time with the likes of Portal, Left 4 Dead, and Half-Life, we haven't seen much in the way of software from the team since Half-Life: Alyx. After tons of rumors, leaks, and hard evidence have appeared around a new game called Deadlock, Valve has finally publicly confirmed the game is real. What remains to be seen is if Valve can keep up its streak and make one of the best PC games with this new multiplayer shooter. If you don't have Deadlock on your list of most anticipated upcoming PC games, here are all the reasons why it should be.
Release date speculation

This is almost impossible to guess, but based on the reports of people currently playing Deadlock via a special invitation event, it could be a shadow drop within the next few months or still need another year of beta testing. Based on that, along with the leaked footage we've seen, we'd say it is still at least six months or so away since there is still a lot of temporary art and assets present.
Platforms
Deadlock will certainly be on PC, but consoles are up in the air. It would make sense for a multiplayer shooter like Deadlock to be a cross-platform game, but some Valve games like Counter-Strike 2 have stuck to PC only. We'll have to wait for more details to answer this one.

Kingdom Hearts 4: everything we know so far

Fans of the Kingdom Hearts titles are used to waiting extremely long times between mainline releases.

After Kingdom Hearts 2 on the PlayStation 2, the series veered into spinoff territory, with no proper sequel for the entire PS3 generation. Finally, in 2019, we got the long-awaited conclusion to what we would learn was the Dark Seeker Saga. However, in typical Kingdom Hearts fashion, the end of the saga was by no means the end of the story for Sora, Riku, Kairi, and all their Disney and Final Fantasy friends. A secret ending, boss, and DLC all pointed toward a new era on the horizon. The only question was how long it would take until we saw what it would be.
