As part of its previously announced E3 extravaganza, Nintendo has partnered with Best Buy to bring the new Super Smash Bros. to 100 stores around the country for two days in June, giving eager fans a first crack at the upcoming Wii U game. It’s the the same demo that press and other industry types will find on the show floor at E3 next month, and it’ll be available on June 11 from 4-9 PM and  June 14 from 12-5 PM at participating Best Buy stores across the country.

If just getting to play the new game isn’t quite enough to pique your interest, the first 70 fans to pre-order the game at each event will receive a rare collectible Super Smash Bros. gold coin, as well as a $5 My Best Buy Rewards Zone certificate on picking up the released game.

In anticipation of a big Nintendo love-fest, fans are encouraged to bring their 3DS and 2DS handhelds to play games like Kirby: Triple Deluxe or Mario Golf: World Tour.

How to get infinite lives in Super Mario Bros. Wonder
Mario turning into Super Mario.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder is a thrilling adventure for everyone's favorite plumber, but while there's plenty to do in this wondrous outing, most players should find that the game's difficulty level isn't too stressful overall. Nevertheless, getting a Game Over means losing some of your hard-earned flower coins, so you might still want to stock up on extra lives just to be safe. Of course, you can earn 1-ups by collecting 100 golden coins or buying them from Poplin Shops using your flower coins, but we've also got a cool infinite lives exploit you can use early in the game to make things even easier. Read on for how to get infinite lives in Super Mario Bros. Wonder.
How to get infinite lives
You can access the infinite lives exploit very early in the game by visiting the third level of Pipe-Rock Plateau called "Scram, Skedaddlers!" Do note, however, that the exploit will only work if you're using the Parachute Cap badge while using Yoshi, so make sure to equip the badge and swap your character to any of the four unique Yoshi options before entering the level.

A little way into the level, you'll encounter a Skedaddler in a tree holding a large purple coin hostage. As you approach him, he'll begin running away from you, so chase after him across the musical notes until you reach a point where he gets hung up on some honeycombs. Allow the Skedaddler to fire his acorns to break the honeycombs to his left, clearing a space where you can stand across from him.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder has some of Nintendo’s best online features
Wiggler in Super Mario Bros. Wonder

When it comes to multiplayer integration, Nintendo can be wildly unpredictable. Unstable online servers and disappointing co-op experiences built for young players can leave its games lacking. Thankfully, that's not the case with Super Mario Bros. Wonder. In fact, the new 2D adventure might just contain the best Nintendo multiplayer experience on the Switch next to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe or Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

At any point while playing Super Mario Bros. Wonder, players can bring their game online with the press of a button in the main menu. Doing so will unlock several multiplayer features at once. For one, there's traditional online multiplayer. Simply press a button to "play with friends" and you'll be able to explore both the overworld and levels co-operatively. Like the New Super Mario Bros. series, four players can work together to complete levels (which can be very hectic fun).

Best Flower Coin farming levels in Super Mario Bros. Wonder
Daisy wall jumps in Super Mario Bros. Wonder.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder is a sprawling platformer with plenty to discover in each of its stages, but if you want to complete the game in full, you'll also need to visit Poplin Shops scattered around the overworld. At these shops, you can purchase helpful things like power-ups, badges, and more -- but collecting all of these things will cost a substantial amount of Flower Coins.

You shouldn't fret too much, as you'll likely get the majority of the coins you need by playing through the game normally, but there's still a good chance you'll come up a bit short if you're trying to purchase all 144 standees and get every Medal. Here are our picks for the best Flower Coin farming levels in Super Mario Bros. Wonder.
