This game is good, however the World of Wonders update has made the game unplayable for me, literally. When I open the game, nothing loads, and then after a few seconds it crashes. I've tried re opening the game, re downloading the game, erasing some data, but nothing has worked. Please let me know what I can do to fix it or try to see if it's a bug. Thank you! EDIT: Routes are also HEAVILY buggy, it's very hard to start a route that doesn't pause halfway through, please try to fix this!

Would rate it 5 stars, as I'm a daily player. I've had no recent crashes, except for tonight when I went to play with my buddy, it's telling me that the AR doesn't work. I've been using the same phone for a few years now and then all of a suddenly I can't play with my buddy to earn hearts. I've done nothing differently with my phone and haven't changed any settings, both phone and game are up to date. Please fix this issue!

Too many glitches and poor customer support. After the most recent update, I've experienced enough glitches and issues to take a break. The music begins to randomly play even though it's OFF. Freezing is frequent as is rubber banding when I'm not in motion. Event bonuses often are not received. Frequent game crashing. The pay wall continues to grow. Niantic needs to do better especially when the cost of their events continue to increase.
