Slow Shutter Cam offers three capture modes to capture unique images:
MOTION BLUR: Equivalent to the shutter priority mode on a DSLR, the Motion Blur mode is perfect for creating ghost images, waterfall effects or suggesting movement in your photographs by adding a blur.
LIGHT TRAIL: The Light Trail mode allows you to 'paint' with light, show car light trails and fireworks or capture any other moving light in a unique way. Unlike shooting with a DSLR and being tied to specific rigid settings to obtain good results, the Light Trail mode takes care of the essentials, letting your creativity soar!

So much more than simply frame stacking
I teach smartphone photography and this is the app that I recommend. Not just for motion blur. Picture quality with smartphones is all about photons. The more photons the better the result. Big stacks, low ISO. This is the app. Being able to separate the metering point from the focus point just tops it off. I would like to see highlight clipping, exposure comp and finer meter point selection but it produces excellent results in its current format.

Downloaded it today so that I could try and capture a pic. of the comet Neowise on my iPhone - it worked. Wish I could post one of the pictures I managed to capture on here. Nice, clear pics of Big Dipper and the Milky Way in night sky. Not the standard of a DSLR, but impressive for what it is. Also managed some fun double exposure daytime shots. Easy to work out settings after playing around with it for a few minutes. Think I'll use it quite a bit.
Superb app to capture motion blur
Of course the effect produced by this app is a matter for personal taste.
I tend to prefer impressionistic type images instead of the classic sharp look. This app has allowed me to take some very beautiful images indeed.
Give it some time - try the different settings to achieve different effects and then decide which works best for you.
I have tried a few blur apps and this beats them all by far.
