Couldn't register. After clicking on "State" when I was inputting my address, it popped up "Enter State", but there's no states to choose from and it won't let me type anything in. Before all that I tried to scan a barcode on a DVD and my phone just vibrated over and over. Typed it in manually and it wouldn't let me hit enter. I'm just gonna uninstall. Too many problems right off the bat. I'm sticking with Mercari and Depop.

Disappointed. I used this company a couple years ago and had a great experience but unfortunately when I used them again this September I have had nothing but problems with getting my payment which i still have not received. Every time I email them, I get another run around about where my payment is. I would not recommend them they kept my books and dvds and did not pay me for them. Edit, year later still no payment please do not give them your items!

I can log in on the app, but of course I cannot complete my order because my information needs to be updated. I update it and it continues to claim its not there despite me saving it and it shows its there when I click edit. Tried to log in on the website and it says that my password is incorrect even though I logged into the app with the same password. If they don't want to be in business anymore then maybe they should just shut down. It used to be a good app and I have used it before.
