I love a lot of atari games and this console has most of them. I got it in a week, the box was a bit torn, but the machine is working perfectly. For the people who say that the wireless joysticks dont work, you have to be close to the Atari and aim toward it to get good connection. Will buy again from atgames.

I love a lot of atari games and this console has most of them. I got it in a week, the box was a bit torn, but the machine is working perfectly. Beh, che dire...semplicemente una atari "moderna". Premetto che ho pagato questo articolo 27 euro grazie ad una particolare promozione ma anche a prezzo pieno mi sarei ritenuto soddisfatto. Perché? Andiamo con ordine...la atari 2600 originale cui si ispira questo remake è uscita nel lontano 1977...quindi se volete rigiocare le vecchie glorie sui hardware originale, auguri con una console vecchia di 40 anni. In secondo luogo bisogna distinguere il pubblico a cui si rivolge questo (a mio parere riuscito) remake: aficionados/casual gamers dei vecchi titoli della casa delle "tre lineette", collezionisti seriali e chi come me invece l'ha comprata solo per avere qualcosa di "facile" e pronto in salotto...con la scritta ATARI sopra. Per questo pubblico sarà manna dal cielo...Per chi invece si aspetta qualcosa di efficiente/moderno o una revisitazione dei titoli arcade sarà una delusione. Mi spiego meglio: i difetti non sono pochi, la connessione con la tv è VGA, non HDMI, i controller sono infrarossi, (si, tipo telecomando della cucina) i giochi non sono proprio tutti successi (vedi giochini inutili come quello dell'impiccato o quello delle somme-sottrazioni), e diciamo che il look plasticoso/finto legno non le fa proprio giustizia. Ma anche i pregi non sono pochi: offre la possibilità di giocare alle vecchie glorie con licenza originale, quindi niente emulazione e scorciatoie "para-legali", il feeling con i seppur plasticosi controller non è male, il collegamento è immediato (nessun settaggio-impostazione) e...potete mettere in salotto un piccolo affarino con su scritto ATARI. Molti (me compreso) hanno gridato al miracolo col nintendo classic mini che si; ha l'Hdmi, è senz'altro costruito meglio ed offre la possibilità di salvare le partite ma non ha il supporto per i controller originali (la flashback ha invece la classica porta a 9 pin dei) e vi arriva senza nemmeno l'alimentatore (la atari invece vi arriva completa). In questo caso bisogna capire cosa significa retro game per noi: fedeltà all'hardware originale? Remake con audio masterizzato/video masterizzato? Oppure la semplice gioia di poter giocare ad un vecchio titolo con una licenza originale? Se siete del tipo che non si fa troppi problemi con qualche difetto e volete solo giocare qualche partita di "Outlaw" con un vostro amico (fatelo, è davvero divertente) prendertela senza rimorsi...se invece vedete i "difetti" come problemi (mancanza hdmi, controller dal segnale non affidabilissimo) lasciate perdere. In conclusione posso segnalare che flashback 1 e 2 sono riproduzioni dell'hardware originale quindi su Internet sono comparsi diversi tutorial per installare una sorta di "lettore" delle cartucce originali. Ma non fatevi illusioni, la versione 7 è invece un single chip con i giochi in memoria quindi prendetala cosi com'è, senza pensare a future modifiche o difetti (non insuperabili). Attenzione a non superare il suo prezzo di vendita "normale": massimo 60 euro...c'è parecchio "mercato" come il classic mini.
