A tremendously niche and overpriced, yet perfectly functional JoyCon-inspired phone controller.

A tremendously niche and overpriced, yet perfectly functional JoyCon-inspired phone controller.
I'll start this review off by saying I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, one of the *only* four phones this product actually has cases for, the other three being Samsung Galaxy S10+, Razer Phone 2, and oddly, the Huawei P30 Pro (which is only packaged as an alternate option to the Note 9 case, so be wary of that). The controller sides pair similarly to most "True Wireless" earbuds on the market, in that one side (in my case the right, don't know if models differ) acts as the "master" to pair with the phone, while the other (left) pairs to the "master" side. The buttons are clicky, and at least on my model aren't particularly loud. Certainly more quiet than the Xbox One controller, or even my mouse and keyboard, which are audible on microphone around a wooden panel. I've had some troubles on the RetroArch emulator frontend on Android, but this seems more a fault on the software side, as I've had little to no problems with native Android games such as Bully or GTA. Native PC game functionality is limited, and seems to be DirectInput (works fine with LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga as an example). Emulators work just fine with standard mapping required.Pros:+ Pairs just fine with any Bluetooth-compatible phone or computer (possibly also iPhone, which I don't own, but Razer states no compatibility/support for in any case)+ Responsive controls+ Solid build quality+ Excellent battery life+ Charges by USB-CNeutral (no opinion). Very basic case design (not so much a problem for the cases themselves)Cons:- *Extremely* small list of phones Razer fully supports; considering the speed in which new phone models are released, and the sheer basic design of the cases, it leaves no excuse for lack of cases for other phones-- No included USB-C chargers (considering you have to charge each side separately, this is a double bad)--- Retail price of $100; compare this to the JoyCon, the controller(s) this product is based off of: $80, and any competing phone controller line such as iPega, GameSir, or even 8BitDo.All in all, this controller works fine, but it's *way* too expensive for what it is. I managed to snag one on sale for $50, but I think it's *barely* worth that, considering the basic case design, as well as the fact Razer doesn't even supply a single charger for it. They should fully consider dropping the retail price, constructing more cases, and supplying *at least* one charger cord in future models for this product to have any mainstream appeal. As it is, I only recommend it for extremely hardcore Razer enthusiasts, and even then, *only* while on sale.

I just wanna own it xD The bluetooth connection is good enough for me. Although kinda troublesome each "joy-con" needs to be charge sperately. Overall a decent controller only if you could buy it for below $40. Thank you for fast delivery!
