First time I use this company. I bought an iPad for my grand daughter. It was a very easy process. The sales team is very responsive. They called me to ask what color I wanted. They are very nice too deal with. I opted a very good condition and indeed the iPad looked like new. But my daughter noticed that itt was actually slightly bent. But no visible cracks or defect on the screen. It works flawlessly. You can not even feel that the screen is not completely flat. Again very slightly bent maybe 1mm I'm very happy with this purchase. I will come back next time I need something

Ultimately the Ipad works great. Initially I received an Ipad that was locked into a company network. I had to return the Ipad but got a clean I pad in about a week.

Love would definitely order again , just chargers really slow but i don’t have a fast charger so that’s why the charger that comes w is pretty cheap so have a backup
