I have to say I'm very impressed. I've been using the scale for a couple of weeks now. It is TONS better than the ihealth scale that we have which has been nothing but a headache, from build quality, to constant connection issues. I could tell the second I took this scale out of the box that it would be different. It is heavy. That's a good thing. It has a nice tempered glass top that is easy to clean. The ihealth was a lot harder to clean since the top was made of a rough plastic.
The only trouble that I have found, and this has been the same for all body composition scales I have used, is that my feet are so dry sometimes that I'm not able to get a body composition reading. This is due to the fact that I live in a very low humidity climate and it's currently winter. And maybe I just naturally have dryer feet than most people. If I weigh myself after a shower, after drying my feet of course, it works great. Otherwise I have found myself wetting my feet with a few drops of water from my sink then drying them off. Problem solved. The scale just requires the feet resemble living tissue. Mine don't sometimes ):
Like I said, since all these types of scales use a small electric current that runs through your body to get a good reading of body composition, this is an issue with all those types of scales. Definitely not a deal breaker for me.

Jetzt zum Produkt:
1. Verpackung
Die Waage kommt in einem sehr schönen, in weiß gehaltenem, schlichten Karton. Was mir beim Auspacken zuerst ins Auge fiel, war der Aluminium Boden und die Dünne der Waage. Sie macht dadurch einen sehr hochwertig Eindruck. Ich hatte die Withings WS-50 mit Plastikboden, die kann man absolut nicht vergleichen. Die WS-50 knirscht jedes mal, das passiert bei der Body Cardio gar nicht. Das Design ist sicherlich Geschmacksache, allerdings gefällt mir die Dünne, die Verarbeitung, der Aluminium Boden und das weiße Glasdesign sehr gut. Das waren mit die größten Kaufpunkte.
2. Funktion
Das wichtigste an einer Waage ist denke ich das man sich auf die Werte Verlassen kann.
Ich und meine Freundin haben uns an dem Abend als wir die Waage erhielten bestimmt 15-20 mal gewogen um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen, dass die Waage nicht die von einigen Rezensionen genannten Sprünge in den Werten hat. Jetzt nach ca. 1 Woche kann ich denke ich guten Gewissens sagen das wir die Waage behalten werden und mehr als zufrieden sind. Die Waage hat bei den 15-20 mal wiegen am Anfang keine Sprünge in den Werten angezeigt und auch immer die selben Werte ausgegeben. Jetzt nach der Woche testen kann ich sagen das meine Pulswellengeschwindigkeit seit dem ich die Waage habe immer konstant verläuft ohne grobe Abweichungen. Meine WS-50 und eine weitere Waage bestätigen mir das die Werte für Gewicht, Herzfrequenz und Körperfett auch richtig von der Body Cardio erkannt werden. Ich stehe jeden morgen auf dusche mich und wiege mich bevor ich esse. Bisher funktioniert alles wie gewünscht. Ferner möchte ich noch positiv erwähnen das ich die Weiterentwicklung von Batterien in der WS-50 zu einem Akku in der WS-50 sehr schätze.
3. Software
Ich finde das Koppeln mit dem Handy und die sehr einfache Einrichtung und Einbindung der Waage ins Heimnetz sollte noch positiv erwähnt werden. Außerdem gefällt mir das die Waage die Werte direkt an die App sendet und das man die App mit der Kalorien App Myfitnesspal und Apple Health koppeln kann. Mir macht das ganze Spass mich damit zu beschäftigen und meine Ernährung und Gesundheit zu analysieren.
Fazit: Ich kann die Waage jedem empfehlen. Bitte erst die Beschreibung kurz lesen und nicht alles so ernst nehmen ( Mein Raum ist nicht immer exakt auf 22 Crad geheizt, damit ich mich wiegen kann.), dann funktioniert auch alles wie gewünscht.
