A: AnswerBest buy wants 15% restocking fee. I returned mine due to it being defective (wouldn't connect through bluetooth) and they tried hard to stick me with the 15% fee. After speaking with a manager, I finally convinced them that I wasn't paying a restocking fee for a defective product. The returned my full purchase price. Movie theater projector
The projector is excellent. When I compare with the one I had ,this is best with a clear picture on my screen. I loved and I recommend to friends and family to buy the same one.

Best Faux K in the game!!!
I'm a huge fan of epson oh, so I'm not surprised at this forms as well as it does. Caveat, this thing is huge! I purchase it to replace my previous projector which was also an Epson. And I had to rearrange my entire room to make this work. It was worth the effort. Hookup was easy, but it does through off some heat. I wanted something that would give me 4K experience and I'm not disappointed. It's bright enough to be seen in broad daylight, with all of my windows open. The picture quality is nothing short of amazing. The color gamut is very rich although you will need to do some tuning. I understand that it isn't technically 4K, meaning 8.3 million pixels on the screen. Almost impossible to get that type of pixel count with 3 lcd projectors. However, I will put this up against any of the 4K I've seen. Look at the pictures and submit and see for yourself.
