Need this update So Trading 212 will be the best Platform

Best App in Uk Stock investment. Only few things is missing 1, don’t see any options about nominees or after some one pass away forwarding the investment assets to family members. 2, Pre market & Post market trading 3, When we have some fund in my account wanted to buy any single stock with full fund don’t let us do it, I think in this case the pop up msg is good just to notify us that we using full 100% of the fund for that particular order even 3 times pop up msg to caution us is ok but it annoying when system don’t let us one order with all the fund it’s frustrating than what we need to do break up the fund and place few small order that actually make server more busy than one simple single order. I think this will increase the server capabilities and also user experience about ordering in Trading 212. Hopefully Trading 212 will do something quickly so lots of big scale investors and traders also will start using Trading 212. Please let the new people open account ASAP as lots of revenue I think missing out by Trading212. Thanks to Trading 212 team.👍🏻

Lookking good BUT Cant use with real money

Since my friend show me the app i was so excited to use with real money, so when the day has come i tried to set up my real account and that point was when the nightmare get started! They asked my proof of ID which i uploaded, got back a message the address was not readable, then provided the new document (yesterday i resent my bank statement and an electricity bill still no answer) however a lot of people never had this issue (nobody asked any personal ID verification from them). Now i waiting for 2 weeks now (the app says 2 MINUTES) cant contact with a real customer care advisor just getting back the same automatic message which is very frustrating. I dont know why the program picked me but i start to feel some people are threaten differently than other and this is discrimination! I really hope this comment will reach the right person and my situation will turn over to positive soon!

Edit: How the application decide who is need proof of ID even before i put relevant indormation? How come for some reason some people dont even heard of proof of ID validation through the registration but some people need it from the first second? My friend just registrated without the proof of ID. How can u describe that? I contacted with Trafing 212 several times even sent my documents but still waiting. Hope soon this nightmare ends or i definitely choose a different app!

As a licensed broker, we are obligated to request specific proofs before verifying a trading account. Some of our clients' accounts are automatically verified if the filled information upon signing-up is meeting the criteria. App has gone downhill over the last few years

Sadly what started as a great little app has now become a total mess following a shift to Tradinview for charts. Indicators that were once useful such as Polynomial regression Channels are now missing and the last few revisions of the app dont even offer a full screen view of the chart meaning you end up with a small windowed view on an iPad that’s too small to be useful. The tools are now limited as TV have their own agenda and would rather you move over to their own platform and pay a subscription than trade on here. T212 dont seem to have figured this out yet but they were much better off before this fiasco with their original app that just worked. You still cant go back more than a short time on most timelines again limiting your charting ability. What was limiting on the old app is still present and the things that actually worked have been replaced by TradingView. CS dont care when you raise these complaints and the forum has so many bots that give fake positive reviews of every change that you cant be heard. Either they dont care or its doing what they wanted, id have liked a switch to classic view option but that was never going to happen. Next stop for them is to ruin the web site with TV then I’m cashing out and off. Never had issues with the company just issues with the ever declining app.
