Multi-use nozzle
There’s a cleaning mode to thoroughly rinse the dual nozzles -- regular or feminine wash modes. The feminine nozzle is slightly lower and the spray is softer.
Ready to use
Each use of the bidet is sanitary since the hygienic nozzle guard gate shields the nozzles When the bidet is turned on, the retractable nozzles drop below the gate for use.

Game changer: in several ways
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am an employee of Best Buy and had the opportunity to install and use the Luxe bidet attachment a few months ago and here is my headline: I’m never going back! I’ve tried bidets a few times when I’ve traveled and they have been in my hotel rooms, but it was more of a novelty. For several years, I have considered having one in my house, but I assumed I would have to pay a professional to install it and a lot of money to replace my entire (but perfectly functioning) toilet. The options that Luxe offers including this one – make the choice easy. First, with this attachment – you use your existing toilet and toilet seat. I am not particularly handy and installed this pretty quickly, even with one of my kiddos peppering me with questions about what I was doing with the toilet the entire time. I added a few pictures to show the process and how easy it is. I have enjoyed the bidet for a few months - here is what I love about bidets and why I am not going back to a standard toilet: 1. I am really trying to measure and reduce my environmental impact. I have seen some stats about the aggregate use of toilet paper in the United States and the data is staggering. Along with the resource intensity to manufacture and distribute toilet paper, this is an easy area to make a personal change. As you can imagine, my toilet paper consumption is almost zero and in my small way, I am happy about the environmental difference I can make 2. As I write this in April of 20200 in these unprecedented and uncertain times, there has been some strange behavior with hoarding and stocking up on certain items including toilet paper; many retailers are out and others are limiting the quantities you can buy – what’s nice about having the Luxe bidet is that toilet paper hasn’t been a worry in my household (we have enough to worry about right?) 3. Finally, and I guess there isn’t a great way to say this, but it’s important to share – I just feel better after using the bidet – cleaner / fresher; what’s strange now is if I am at work, or outside the house and need to use the restroom I get bummed out – because they don’t have bidets I never thought I would write this extensively about a product for your bathroom. I’m a believer in bidets now. You should give one a try too!

Toilet paper shortage leads to amazing discovery
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never in my life have I even considered getting a bidet, but strange times call for strange solutions. What a difference!! Sure it’s a little weird at first but it completely redefines the bathroom experience and the family concurs that we all feel much cleaner and refreshed after using it. It’s disappointing to use a restroom without one now. It was super easy to install and came with all the necessary hardware and easy to follow instructions. I have not hooked up the hot water yet due to additional plumbing work I need to do for our location. I can imagine adding hot water will only elevate our opinion of this thing. The only thing it doesn’t come with is bumpers to go under the toilet seat, you’ll likely need them as now the rear end of the seat is propped up but the front isn’t. Bumpers are cheap and relatively easy to find, however would have been nice if some were included. Even if you have a stockpile of toilet paper I would highly recommend this for a much cleaner feeling!

Excellent, Economical Alternative
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've looked at the $400 - $500 Bidet Toilet Seats. Yeah, an air dryer would be cool. But I just paid about $70 for a bidet from Best Buy, and it definitely is worthwhile! Having a model with warm water is the way to go. However, I usually do bring it down to a lukewarm temperature the last five seconds or so. One thing that took me a while to figure out, and could not find much information online, was the length of time to use it. The instructions also did not have a recommendation. I would have to say 45 - 60 seconds should suffice. Then, you can wait another 90 seconds to drip dry, or you could pat yourself with a couple of sheets of toilet paper. By the way, my toilet seat doesn't close all of the way now. It's not a deal breaker, but a bit weird. Hopefully I can find a toilet seat which accommodates the bidet a bit better. Here's an excellent video demonstrating how the whole unit works. (It's worth watching) "How a Bidet Works/Bidet Luxe 320" on YouTube https://youtu.be/iIf93qMT2-Y

Even better than I expected
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First I bought an electric bidet toilet seat, and even though it was round front and my toilet is round front, it stuck out over an inch at the front, so it had to go back. After searching options for a while, my husband found this one. It fits great on our toilet and was very easy to install. I like that it has both hot and cold. I have to run the hot water for a while to warm it up but its such a nice option to have. I've never had a bidet before but like so many others I don't think I could go back to not having one. Very happy with this purchase.

Q: QuestionHow do you get the hot water?
Asked by Nan.
- A:Answer You need to tap into your hot water pipe under your sink. It comes with a T-adapter and a good length of hose, but if your toilet isn't close to your sink, I don't recommend it.

Q: QuestionI bought the 320 with hot water capacity. If I choose not to use hot water, do I have to bother hooking up to my hot water line, under the sink? Would it work the same as the 120, where only cool water shoots up?
Asked by brian.
- A:Answer Yes you can just set up the cold water only.

Q: QuestionHow does this work with no electricity?
Asked by James.
- A:Answer It uses the water pressure to activate the mechanical lever release. Just like the bathroom sink uses the water faucet.

Q: QuestionCan this be changed to left hand use as well? It appears that it can only work on the right hand side
Asked by whatever.
- A:Answer It only works on the right side. It is a single piece between the nozzles and the control.

Q: QuestionDoes the water only hits your rear end
Asked by Curenton.
- A:Answer No, this model has dual nozzles so it has a female spray as well You just switch the control to female

Q: QuestionWhat is the shape of the toilet seat .Is it round and compatible with regular round seat Do I have to run a wire or cable to the sink to activate the warm water ? Thanks
Asked by Chi.
- A:Answer I have installed these on 2 round toilets. I don't think that really matters though. There is a line the diameter of an ice maker line that you would run to the sink for hot water. I did that in one restroom but just hooked that up to the cold water line in the other restroom. That way, in the winter, I have 10 feet of water at room temperature in that line and it's not just freezing cold water. I find that I don't use the hot water that often because you have to run the bidet on wash or turn on the hot water at the sink to give the hot water time to reach the bidet.. But the room temperature water is fine.
