Cyber Monday Deal The Beats Solo 4 headphones.
The Beats Solo 4 are competent, but don't sound as good as the Beats Studio Pro. Phil Nickinson / Digital Trends
This story is part of Digital Trends' Cyber Monday coverage 2025

When we tested the Beats Solo 4 headphones back in May 2024, we were quite taken by the light fit, sleek design, and clear sound quality. Reviewer Simon Cohen said, “They’re the same Beats Solo you know, but with a slew of modern upgrades.” One thing is for sure: whenever these cans go on sale, we’ll be letting you know. Oh, and that day just happens to be today:

For a limited time, when you purchase the Beats Solo 4, you’ll only pay $120. That’s half-off what these puppies usually sell for brand-new. It’s one of the best Cyber Monday deals we’ve seen so far, and the discount goes away at the stroke of midnight on Cyber Monday.

Why you should buy the Beats Solo 4

The follow-up to the Beats Solo 3, the Beats Solo 4 are an entry-level pair of cans from the bass-forward brand. Available in a range of colors, the Solo 4 headphones are lightweight and portable, making it easy to wear them for hours on end. We were also glad to learn you’ll be able to use the USB-C port for lossless playback, just as long as the device you’re connecting to supports hi-res playback, too.

As for sound quality, the Beats Solo 4 deliver a nice blend of highs, mids, and lows, which is a slight departure from the company’s traditional low-end leanings. While there’s no ANC or transparency mode to speak of, this bodes well for Solo 4 battery life, which ends up topping out at around 48 hours. That’s absolutely incredible for any pair of Bluetooth headphones.

As far as we know, this Beats Solo 4 deal is only good until midnight on Cyber Monday. After that, the cans could go back to $200 for one pair. And if you’d like a few more options to consider, we suggest taking a look at other Beats headphones Cyber Monday deals.

Sonos owners are finally getting a less frustrating app, but the rollout comes with a catch
Improved navigation, speaker sorting, and new iOS volume controls are arriving gradually and must initially be enabled manually
Furniture, Electronics, Speaker

The Sonos app is getting a substantial usability overhaul. Familiar bottom tabs should make it easier to move around, while customizable speaker ordering could take some friction out of managing a multiroom system.

Sonos community manager ShaunFromSonos announced that the release may take up to two weeks to reach everyone. Once it arrives, users must switch on Enable Improved Navigation in the app’s settings to unlock the new layout and sorting tools.
