Check out our review of the Klipsch Status headphones.

Klipsch unveiled a posh new set of over-ear headphones today called the Status. Matching executive styling with blue collar durability, the Status are forged from high-strength Grilamid TR (read: crazy, super-strong polymer)  for a“virtually indestructible” frame that also folds down to provide a convenient, travel-ready hi-fi solution.

Notable features for the Status include highly-tuned 40mm dynamic drivers, leather cloaked memory foam ear pads, dual detachable cloth cables (including one with a three-button inline iOS microphone), and an included carrying case. And of course, you also get the acclaimed Klipsch sound signature thrown in free of charge.

The headphones come in a high gloss finish in either black or white, and if these things sound as good as they look, we think Klipsch may have a winner on its hands — we’ll let you know as soon as we get a hold of a pair.

Klipsch’s new Status headphones are priced at $250, and are available today.

Sony updates its best buds and headphones to support Google’s Find My network
The Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones with the new Sony Sound Connect app.

If you have either of Sony's top-tier earbuds and headphones — that'd be the similarly named WF-1000XM5 or WH-1000XM5 — you've got an update waiting for you in the new Sony Sound Connect app. (That's the rebuilt and rebranded Headphones Connect app that was released earlier this week.)

Before we say anything else, though, know this: The update process takes a while. Like, 40 minutes if you're on an Android device, and up to an hour if you're using an iPhone. Sony's not kidding about that, so set aside a little time. And it's not quite set it and forget it — you'll have to pay a little attention, if only so you don't wander out of range while the update is transferring.

Here's an offer from Best Buy ahead of Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days deals that's going to be hard to refuse -- the 75-inch Sony Bravia 7 Mini-LED QLED 4K TV with a $600 discount, which slashes its price to $2,200 from $2,800. This TV was just rolled out this year, which means this bargain will attract a lot of attention. Proceed with your purchase immediately as the stocks that are up for sale may run out quickly.

Why you should buy the 75-inch Sony Bravia 7 Mini-LED QLED 4K TV
The Sony Bravia 7 Mini-LED QLED 4K TV is part of the brand's line of its brightest 4K TVs ever. It features both QLED TV technology, which uses quantum dots to enable incredible brightness, and mini-LED technology, which allows thousands of LEDs to fit in a space that only supports hundreds of regular LEDs for more control over contrast. Combined with 4K Ultra HD resolution for sharp details, XR Triluminos Pro for lifelike colors, and Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos for a cinematic experience, watching shows and movies on the Sony Bravia 7 Mini-LED QLED 4K TV will be a feast for the senses.

TCL’s version of the The Frame TV just got a $700 price cut
TCL NXTFrame A3000W.

If Samsung's The Frame caught your attention while browsing QLED TV deals but it's still too expensive, here's a cheaper alternative -- the TCL NXTFRAME 4K QLED TV. If you're interested, you can get its 85-inch model with a huge $700 discount, which drops its price from $3,500 to $2,800. It's still not what you'd call an affordable TV, but at this size and with its features, it's an investment that you won't regret. You shouldn't waste time thinking about it though, as there's no telling how long you have before the offer expires.

Why you should buy the 85-inch TCL NXTFRAME 4K QLED TV
Samsung's The Frame TV turned heads with its design that allows it to double as an art piece in the home, and now there's a cheaper alternative with the TCL NXTFRAME 4K QLED TV. It's only 1.2 inches deep and comes with an ultra-thin wall mount that will hang it flush to your wall. The TV also features an ultra-matte, anti-glare screen, and you can swap between the included off-white bezels and light wood frames. All of this is to support its ability to display artwork using its curated Art Library, so when it's not in use, it can still beautify your living room or bedroom.
