Bose launches Series 2 Bluetooth headset

Audio company Bose has finally made its Series 2 Bluetooth Headset ($150) available for purchase. The new headset uses dual microphones to enhance noise canceling and is made in specific right and left ear designs for comfort. The company claims that the noise-rejecting microphone will allow users to have a clearer connection even in noisy environments. Supposedly this noise-rejecting mic is a beast at sending your voice to the other end of the line minus the windy gusts around you or other ambient noise.

According to Bose, the adaptive audio adjustment technology used in the headset will allow a user to enjoy a call and walk from a quiet room into a noisy environment without having to adjust any settings. The addition of the Bose TriPort acoustic structure means that users can enjoy a more comfortably loud volume in noisy settings.

The removable silicone tips on the headset don’t require a pesky ear hook, and the device has a rechargeable lithium ion battery that can last for 4.5 hours of talk time and 100 hours of standby time. The headset is compatible with all Bluetooth devices as well as A2DP for audio streaming. We’re curious if the distinction between right and left ear designs will actually make a noticeable difference. If it does then it would certainly be nice to have a headset that never falls out and fits comfortably.

Top Smart Home Upgrades Worth Making Before Your Summer Break
From outdoor monitoring to smarter front-door security, these EZVIZ devices combine smart protection with daily convenience
Person, Security, Electronics

Summer often brings a welcome change of routine for homeowners across Europe. Family holidays, weekend getaways, and longer days spent outdoors mean more time away and fewer opportunities to stay connected to what's happening back at the property. While it's a season for slowing down and enjoying the warmer months, everyday responsibilities don't simply pause. Deliveries still arrive, visitors may stop by unexpectedly, and trusted family members, cleaners, or pet sitters may occasionally need access while you're away.

Modern smart home technology makes those situations easier to manage. Today's connected devices can do far more than record footage or send motion alerts. They can help homeowners monitor outdoor spaces around the clock, stay informed about important activity, communicate with visitors remotely, and manage entry without needing to be physically present. Instead of constantly checking in or wondering whether everything is running smoothly back home, the right setup can provide greater visibility, convenience, and peace of mind throughout the season.
