The mobile Opera Mini 4.2 browser is out of beta and has now had a full release, and it works with the Google Android phone – that T-Mobile G1, and users can download it from the Android Market. It also works with some Blackberry and Windows Mobile handsets, according to ZDNet.
The company says a new Opera Mini server park in the US should boost load times, especially for American users, with speeds faster than the previous version.
Among other improvements are more supported languages and a greater choice of border colors. The PC sync option, Opera Link, will now also let users synchronize notes. The company has enhanced the real-time streaming protocol (RTSP) handoff, claiming it "increases the number of phones with support for mobile video."
