The Asus ZenWatch 3 was announced quite a while ago, however not much was said about when and where the new device could be purchased. Well, if you were waiting for the time to snag the new smartwatch for yourself, now is the time — pun intended.

Not only is the ZenWatch 3 available, but the ZenFone 3, which was available in some markets over the summer, will also soon have a much wider availability. Unfortunately, the pricing of the device is a little higher than what was previously expected.

The ZenFone 3 will be available in all of its many variants. The first device is called the ZenFone 3 Laser, and it has a Snapdragon 430 processor, 2GB of RAM and a 5.5-inch 1080p display. It will be available for $200 and can be ordered from the Asus website.

Next up is the ZenFone 3 Deluxe, which has the same display as the Laser, but adds a Snapdragon 625 chip, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. You will need to shell out an extra $200 for the Deluxe, as it comes with a price tag of $400.

The next phone in the series if called the ZenFone 3 Deluxe 5.7, which kicks things up a notch to the Snapdragon 820, 6GB of RAM, and a 5.7-inch display, along with the same 64GB of storage. This phone comes at a price of $500.

Last but not least, is the top range ZenFone 3 Deluxe 5.7 Special Edition, which is a Snapdragon 821 processor along with 256GB of storage and the same 6GB of RAM. Of course, as the top-range device, you will really need to shell out the cash for this phone. It comes at a price of $800.

Apart from the ZenFone 3 line, the ZenWatch 3 is also available. While the device is not as cheap as the ZenWatch 2 was last year, it is still relatively cheap compared to other smartwatches on the market, coming in with a price tag of $230.

You can buy or pre-order the ZenFone 3 smartphones now from the Asus website and the ZenWatch 3 will be available for pre-order in early November.

Samsung’s next budget phone looks fresher than its pricey flagships
Leaked render of Samsung Galaxy A36 in lime green.

Samsung works in mysterious ways. It once made a belt, sorry, Welt, that had a hidden micro-USB port. The chaebol is also a contractor for the Korean military and makes tanks even for overseas clients. It shows off cool robots that never make it to the market. And as perplexing as that sounds, Samsung can also make its budget phones look better than its uber-expensive flagships.

Even Blass has just leaked 360-degree product renders of the brand’s upcoming Galaxy A36 smartphone. The phone will reportedly come in some beautiful shades, apart from the usual black and white affair. Of particular interest are the lime yellow and purple trims, which have a beautiful iridescent finish to them.

For the last months mobile fans have been watching the Oppo Find N5 foldable phone news with interest, as it was widely expected to be very similar to the OnePlus Open 2, which unlike the Oppo phone would almost certainly be released in the U.S. during 2025. Unfortunately, OnePlus has crushed our hopes for such a phone, and clearly stated in a blog post that it has, “made the decision not to release a foldable this year.”

That’s right, no OnePlus Open 2. Here’s what it means, and why it’s bad news.
