Problem: Continuity Calls or Handoff not working
Many people seem to be struggling with getting the Continuity features to work properly with their Apple devices. Assuming your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac meet the system requirements, there are a few things you can try. First, make sure your devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and that you have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi turned on.
- Start by going to Settings > General > Handoff & Suggested Apps > Handoff and toggle it off and on again. Go to Settings > Phone and make sure that Wi-Fi Calling is turned off. Now restart your device and try again.
- If you’re using a Mac then check in System Preferences > General for Allow Handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices. You should also check in FaceTime > Preferences that iPhone Cellular Calls is on.
- Try logging out of iCloud on every device on which its active, reboot, and log back in before trying again.
