For cord cutters, the anticipation of watching an event live gets transferred over to the weekly dumps of content on the various video streaming platforms. What’s dropping when becomes important knowledge to have, as you organize your queue. If you don’t have time to comb through all the content coming down the series of tubes that make up the Internet, don’t worry — we do. Here are our picks for what you should watch this week.

Hot Girls Wanted

The Internet has changed a lot of industries, and while it might seem like a punchline, it’s no joke to say the Web has drastically changed the business of sex. Gone are the days of seedy back rooms in video stores and shameful VHS tapes and magazines. Now it all lives online, mostly for free, and there are more participants in the industry than ever before. For some young, aspiring women, the allure of the industry draws them in, but what they find isn’t always so glamourous.

Produced by Rashida Jones and directed by Jill Bauer and Ronna Gradus, Hot Girls Wanted looks at the lives of girls who spend their day as teens and young adults — going to school, interacting with friends and family — before reporting to work in front of a camera. Touching on the challenges of the line of work, ranging from misogyny and to mental health and the agency of the performers, Hot Girls Wanted asks challenging questions of the amateur porn industry and finds too often there isn’t a good answer to its queries.

Low Down

The musician biopic is a popular genre at the moment, and the films usually depict the lives of popular acts that we all know and love (or love to hate). In Low Down, we see the influential jazz pianist Joe Albany, an undeniable talent who made his mark on an era with his talent, but burned out too fast, after being crippled by a heroin addiction. Told from the perspective of his 11-year-old daughter, the film sees Albany’s rise as a performer and fall as an artist and a man.

Mike Ross works as a law associate at a prestigious New York law firm. There’s just one problem: he’s never practiced law before. A genius with a knack for memorization, Ross is also a major underachiever who makes his money taking the LSAT for others. However, he eventually lands at the firm when one of the best lawyers around sees his potential. Now in its fourth season, the show follows the trials of Ross and Harvey Specter, the lawyer who hired him, as they attempt to protect Ross’ secret.

Graceland Seasons 1 and 2

Netflix

The premise of Graceland sounds like a sitcom: top agents from the DEA, FBI, and ICE are all living under the same roof as they pursue crimes from a confiscated Southern California home. But there’s not much for laughs here in this drama, which is heading into its third season on USA. The first two runs of the show are now up on Netflix, so you can do some catching up on the show, which is known for taking some unconventional turns and catching the audience by surprise with its fun, clever style.

Antarctica: A Year on Ice

Netflix

What’s life like on Antartica? It’s more interesting than you might imagine. Antarctica: A Year on Ice is a stunning visual trip to a continent less traveled. Following the small, tight-knit community of researchers stationed on the frozen land mass at the end of the Earth, the documentary depicts the beautiful parts of nature and the incredible struggle it takes to survive in the trying environment. There are dangers lurking at every turn for the humans who brave it.

10 best PG-13 horror movies ever, ranked
Mary Elizabeth Winstead and John Goodman in 10 Cloverfield Lane.

True horror aficionados tend to prefer R-rated films for all of the gore, violence, and scares that are too extreme for PG-13 horror movies. However, R-rated horror movies don't tend to become blockbusters very often when compared to their PG-13 counterparts. It's also easy to forget that the PG-13 rating was created in the mid-80s when the standard PG rating was no longer sufficient for films like Gremlins or Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.

While many of the best horror movies ever made, like The Exorcist, have effectively used their R-rated content, PG-13 horror movies tend to be a bit more creative to have the same effect. Many of our picks for the greatest PG-13 horror movies have come out within the last 24 years, which suggests that modern filmmakers have become more adept at playing within those limits. Keep reading, and you'll see why the following films are the best PG-13 horror movies.

All of James Cameron’s movies, ranked
Arnold Schwarzenegger in The Terminator.

At the 1998 Oscars, James Cameron infamously declared that he was "king of the world" while picking up the awards for Best Director and Best Picture for Titanic. As much as that line didn't go over well at the time, it's kind of hard to argue against Cameron. In the last 42 years, Cameron has directed nine feature films, three of which are among the highest-grossing movies of all time. He's not just one of the top directors in Hollywood -- Cameron is the most successful director ever.

Later this year, Cameron's breakout picture, The Terminator, will celebrate its 40th anniversary. In honor of that milestone, we're taking a look back at all of James Cameron's movies and ranking them from worst to first. Note that we're limiting this list to the feature films that Cameron directed, and not counting the two documentaries he helmed as well.
