Digital Trends names Toyota exclusive automotive sponsor of new Spanish language site

Recently-Launched Digital Trends en Español Features Original Consumer Tech Product News and Reviews in Spanish

PORTLAND, ORE. – MAY 4, 2015 – Leading consumer technology lifestyle publisher Digital Trends today named Toyota the exclusive automotive sponsor of its new Spanish language site Digital Trends en Español. Digital Trends en Español features original content including top product news and reviews for the Spanish-speaking market in the United States. Digital Trends en Español is available at es.digitaltrends.com.

“We’re thrilled to have Toyota as the exclusive automotive partner for the launch of Digital Trends en Español,” said Andrew Budkofsky, Executive Vice President of Sales and Partnerships at Digital Trends. “Digital Trends en Español’s editorial philosophy is simple; create content that is accessible, entertaining, and reflective of how the Spanish-speaking audience uses technology to improve their lives. That philosophy is a perfect fit for Toyota, a well-established brand in this market.”

The launch of Digital Trends en Español is a major milestone for Digital Trends. In late 2014, Digital Trends completed DT Home, a modern 6,000-square-foot testing facility to better generate the spot-on product reviews Digital Trends’ readers have come to rely on. Digital Trends has grown to 35 employees in Portland and more than 50 nationwide, a 100 percent increase since 2012. Digital Trends recently added offices in Los Angeles, Chicago and San Francisco and has an editorial and business office in New York City. The site has doubled its readership every year since inception and now reaches 20 million unique visitors each month.
