Content aggregator app Pulse has issued an update, the most major new feature being Pulse Sync. Before, your Pulse settings varied between your different devices. The reader will now offer users a much more unified experience from your table to your phone.
The update means users will be able to use Pulse’s personalization features, which allow you to curate your list of bookmarks from the Pulse reader. Previously, bookmarks stuck with whatever device you created them on. Now your reading won’t be hindered by your gadgets, it will all be there waiting for you. You can also send bookmarks to services like Evernote and Instapaper if you want.
The update will include a tutorial to get Pulse Sync up and running. You will need to set up an account, however, which you can do via Facebook if you want.
While Android and iOS users are the only ones who will be able to take advantage of the new features, Pulse has adding Windows Phone 7 availability (Pulse tells us syncing for WP7 is one the way). Check out a video showing off the WP7 enabled app here.
