Apple Lion OS X

With their latest operating system, Lion OS X, Apple seems to be trying to turn their Mac laptop and desktop computers into really big iPads. They added a feature called ‘Gestures’ which uses the trackpad in a similar way to a touchscreen. You can squeeze your fingers to zoom in or out on images and programs. It also lets you swipe sideways to view other documents, icons, and apparently desktops. They have a feature called Mission Control which lets you see everything that’s going on in your computer. They’ve also introduced a Mac App Store and an icon screen that looks very similar to how iPad and iPhone screens are set up.
