Before CES started the specifications for Canon’s new Powershot G1 X were leaked. They officially unveiled the point-and-shoot camera today during the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show.
Here are a few specifications for the new camera: It has a 14 megapixel 1.5-inch CMOS sensor. The camera comes with a 28-112mm F2.8-f.5.8 lens. The ISO range is surprisingly high from 100 to 12,800. On the back there’s a 3-inch, 920,000 dot swivelling LCD. It’s supposed to be able to shoot continuously at 4.5 frames per second and take in 14-bit Raw shooting.
