Here’s the second trailer for Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, an upcoming movie featuring Tom Hanks and Sandra Bullock based on a 2005 novel of the same name by Jonathan Safran Foer.
The plot is as follows: Oskar Schnell is an intellectually curious and sensitive kid of Manhattan progressive parents – Hanks and Bullock. Schnell considers himself a pacifist, vegan, musician, jewelry designer, astrophysicist and an inventor. Anyway, his father is killed in the 9/11 attacks. Two years later Schnell finds a key that his father left in a vase before he died. It sets him off on a journey to find out what the key unlocks.
Look for Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close in theaters on January 20, 2012.
