The Lenovo IdeaPad K1 which debuts in August 2011 is on the bigger side of tablets with a 10.1 inch screen. It runs on the Android 3.1 operating system from Google. There is an onboard microphone for voice-chatting on apps like Skype and it also features speakers. The back of the camera has a textured finish for grip and a 5 megapixel camera. There’s also a mini-HDMI port as well as a dock for accessories like the optional keyboard. 1 GB of memory will be available, but it is expandable with the micro SD card slot. WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity are available, but it doesn’t look like 3G access will be offered.
