While 3D has been struggling to break into movie theaters and home televisions, it’s had an almost zero presence in the cell phone market. We did say “almost” because LG is one of the only phone manufacturers that has made any effort to produce a 3D capable phone (if you don’t count HTC’s short lived EVO 3D). Last year, we took a look at LG’s 3D Optimus (rebranded as the Thrill 4G in the U.S.) and this year the Chinese company is coming back with the LG Optimus 3D Max.
At the moment, the 3D Max is only available in Europe but our cell-phone expert Jeff Van Camp got his hands on one and sat down to explore the features and design of LG’s second 3D phone.
