Nokia isn’t ready to abandon their Symbian inspite of their Microsoft deal. The Finnish handset marker is giving Symbian one last shot in U.S. markets. They are combining with T-Mobile, who are merging with AT&T later this year, to release the C7 under the friendly name “T-Mobile Astound.” Astound it does. Symbian took a complete death in the U.S. market which forced Nokia to fix most of the glaring issues with its recent slate of Symbian devices. We’re happy to announce that the C7 is a decent beginner device for those who would rather wade, not plunge, into smartphones.
