Trikke’s are foldable, lightweight scooter/tricycles. Why are they at CES, you might ask?
Well, Trikke’s are actually electrically powered. The Pone-E model comes in three versions the lite Pone-E, a 36v version and a 48v version. The vehicles are powered by lithium-ion quick-swap batteries. The batteries are supposed to have a 16 mile range and a 5 hour recharge time.
As far as the Trikkes themselve the bikes come with fully adjustable handlebars, dual disc brakes, and weights about 37 pounds without the battery. The tires are supposed to be motorcycle grade with a 10.5-inch front tire and two 9.5-inch rear tires.
