1 Year Warranty: Status Audio is responsible for defects in materials and workmanship for one year after date of original purchase. If the defect is Status Audio's responsibility (e.g., sound is lost in one side of the headphones), the customer will be furnished with a replacement unit. User-inflicted damage is covered with a partial credit towards a replacement unit. After one year, all claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Status Audio.

Ear attachment kinda hurts even though I've tried every possible combination also some times the headphones make a loud static sound randomly and it's annoying I sound is great most of the time
These sound better than some of the$300+ ear buds. Add some foam tips and they to the scales. It's a good fit for leisurely activities but I wouldn't choose them for working out. One thing I hope comes in the future is a keychain case cover. Definitely the best product from Status so far.
