My router was not programmed to split the 2.4 and 5 frequencies, so I had to do it myself—a project for someone with my lack of skill with computers, but I eventually figured it out. This thing, once connected, not only cleans the air… it monitors the contents and gives a basic grade of the quality. It smells cleaner in here.

Not easy to set up, but worth that while

This air filter is awesome.  The app really keeps track of the air quality, %26 works as a remote.  With the air flow the air filter can also be used as a fan.

best fan i've ever purchased

Its was so perfect I thought it was new becuase after I recieved it. I photo'd every part. It was flawless, no scratches no rubs, no fading, it was essentially brand new and ive used it everyday on auto and the difference is amazing. Pure Clean Air everyday and its so quiet you forget you even have it. Im highly impressed at the bargain I was able to get and the qualityas a refurb unit was as good as new.

Worry Free, Mint Condition, Buy of the Year

So far so good. Everything worked correctly and set up to my phone. This was in good condition.. A couple small imperfections on the fan itself, but the remote was very scratched. Im sure I could buy a new remote if needed but I can use my phone as a remote. It shows the air quality, temp and humidity on your phone which is cool

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this purchase, the main factor being a price point. (Refurbished)  I have another two refurbished Dyson products and they function well.  However, I have mixed feelings with the Link. I feel like it has very weak fan airflow, it doesnt seem to give out much of a cool air.  Also, besides coming with several scratches as other mentioned, the filter life came in at 66%. Is it something normal for a refurbished product, or is item is faulty?

This was a refurb.  I knew this when I purchased it, however, cosmetically it was in pretty bad shape and only a 50% filter life remaining.  Why in the world would Dyson not replace the filter as I now have germs and crap from someone another home!  Additionally, the unit would not completely shut off.  A low, humming noise even when off.  Absolute GARBAGE!

Buyer Beware of REFURBS!

Generally you'd expect manufacturer refurbished items to be tested and checked, but this item stopped working after 1 hour of plugging in. Plus the filter on the app says 58% use left. Abysmal experience--expected better from Dyson.

Hopefully the return goes through, but it's a ton of hassle regardless.

Items arrived defective

I just ordered on Black Friday and i receipted yesterday 12/08/2020.  When i opened box machine was not wrapping at all( no any protect foam or bag, it looks like some one used and returned it )  and there was a lot of scratch on the Machine and Remote control .  They just send to me a used one!
