Like it so far.  Easy to install and quieter than expected.  Very fast shipping from UPS.  If I make a purchase from Walmart (not happy with local store) in the future, it will be on-line where I don't have to deal with in-person customer srv.

Satisfied with this Product

We received our Quilo in the beginning of May and it has done a fabulous job keeping our first floor cool the entire summer, even during the upper 90 degree days. Initial set up was straight forward and directions were easy to follow. Very easy to use and the wheels make it very portable-- so easy that we move it into our bedroom during the hot summer nights and back to the main room again during the day. It cools roughly 400 sq ft of our space. I love that it blends into the walls and is very modern looking. 
I do wish there was a way to turn off the lights on the buttons for sleeping, without having to put it on "night mode" (where the Quilo shuts off entirely at a certain point in the night). It does get noisy at times, and wish it were quieter. 
Compared to the window AC units, the air quality the Quilo blows out it 100% better. Overall, great product and highly recommend!
