Got a pair of these and so far I am very pleased with the sound quality, the bass is great, and crystal clear sound. Connected to my phone right out of the box. Had a pair of Beats x for a day and the crackled non stop, Dre needs to stick to making raps period. Thanks Sony 30 + years and still my choice for sound quality!

Everything excellent - I don’t like the design only

Design is not perfect - so big

Great sound and great noise cancellation. That would give this product 5 stars. In less than one year the plastic holding the swivel ear cup cracked. Its only a matter of time till it falls off and the headphones are not usable. Life span of the headphones less than one year...unacceptable. Was going to get a Sony UHDTV but that is unlikely now.

The good and bad

Worked great but the whole earpiece broke off at the pivot point

Great features but broke in less than a year

I am very happy with the sound quality and noise canceling effect. They are comfortable to wear and have a long battery life. However, the construction if somewhat fragile. After only a few months of use, one of the connections to the right earpiece broke (see picture).  I do not use these during exercise but do bring them with me to work in my compute bag. I would recommend that if you travel with these you buy a hard case to store them in as they joints connecting the earpieces are fragile. They still work but not I am very cautious with them as I am worried the other connection with break and then they will not be usable.

Great sound and noise cancelling but FRAGILE

The bad is the swivel always breaks!!!! I'm on my second pair and they just broke taking them off my head:(

The best sounding headphones ever!!!!!

sound were amazing, but they PHYSICALLY broke, and Sony OR Walmart warranty (bought Walmart protection) and I still can't get these fixed...I'm never buying from Walmart again nor sony, I barley had them for a year and I paid 150$!!! wow 

another thing I used them only to walk and play music, nothing else.

and Sony KNOWS ITS A WELL KNOWN ISSUE!

Don't..buy... seriously.
