Simple to use, I really love the fact that you can control how strong of a cup of espresso you like, I do take out the cup holder part because I haven't gotten around to purchasing new espresso cups that fit under, but that hasn't been a problem for me, it is loud but makes a delicious cup of espresso!!

I love it!

Brought the machine home, it did not work, called Nesspresso tech support and did endless troubleshooting steps, tech said it was messed up and sent out another one, that one worked for a few cups, but then it kept flashing three times and made no coffee, at which time they said it had to be descaled (a BRAND NEW machine!!) Went through the lengthy process with tech support, and it works, for now, but need a UPS label for return and have called three times and still no return label.  I have never been so aggravated with a coffee machine, and spent so much time hassling with one.  Keep in mind that when it malfunctions, it also uses a pod, and you get no coffee.  If one more thing happens with this machine, I am taking the second one back!!  I long for my old machine!!! (not Nespresso), at least I could reliably get a cup of coffee.  Also, beyond this, here are some other things to consider: you can't just put in a pod, and choose the size on the machine, each pod has it's own size, so if you get numerous pods, you will need to remember what pod goes to which size and deal with coffee cups accordingly. With my other machine, I could put in any pod and then choose the size and strength....outside of the complete unreliability of now TWO machines, this is one thing I do not like.  The machine is sturdy and seems of good quality but I need something that makes coffee not a paperweight.

Very unreliable product....

I wanted to love this machine BUT IT LEAKS.  Used only a handful of times and it started leaking immediately.  Contacted manufacturer and they sent me a new water tank but its still leaking.  The plunger on the water tank stays open causing water to continually drip into the reservoir which then overflows.  Working with manufacturer who is picking up broken model and sending different model.

It LEAKS!!!
