“I almost gave this card an Editor’s Choice award as just about everything about it rocked. In my time with the card, it’s proven to be silky smooth in everything I’ve tried it on. The bundle just adds to the value of the card. Thief: Deadly Shadows is a fun thought-provoking game. Joint Operations is a great multiplayer game that was what Battlefield Vietnam should have been in my opinion.The only drawback was I could not find an available card to purchase so availability was poor. Other than that performance was top shelf all the way and if you want the best this card is heading in the right direction.”

The company has announced over 100 new Alexa for Shopping capabilities, letting customers manage subscriptions, create gift lists, change delivery instructions, and ask billing questions simply by asking. The new features are already available to Amazon customers in the US.

Alexa for Shopping could already help you find products, compare prices, and track discounts. Now, Amazon is making it useful for some of the less exciting parts of online shopping, which I think is where an AI assistant could come in handy.

DoorDash has announced that it is acquiring grocery giant Instacart at an equity valuation of $17 billion, in a cash-and-stock deal. Subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals, the deal is expected to close by the end of 2027 or in the first half of 2028. DoorDash claims that, thanks to the deal, customers will have the flexibility to buy daily essentials from more stores, which also increases their chances of getting bargain deals and faster deliveries.

“The combined company will offer grocers and retailers of every size DoorDash’s delivery network and Instacart’s grocery and fulfillment technology, in both apps and on stores’ own websites, along with the advertising and AI tools each company has built,” the company said in a press statement. For an average customer, there are a couple of tangible benefits emerging from this multi-billion dollar deal.
