Hercules XPS 101 speakers upgrade your desktop sound

If you’re still watching videos and listening to music through your computer’s built-in speakers, it’s time for an upgrade. Take things up a notch at work or home with the Hercules XPS 101 Speaker system ($TBA). The high-performance 2.1 system boasts a 60-watt sub with two passive woofers on either side and one front-firing powered woofer for bass. The two 20.5-watt RMS satellites are magnetically shielded and feature clear stands and a shiny piano black finish. The speakers are constructed using metal alloy and a special die-cast pressure injection method. A dedicated remote control lets you adjust volume, bass, treble, and inputs. Connectors under the subwoofer keep the look clean and wire-free.

Chrome's Reading Mode just got a new button tucked inside its settings menu. Google is quietly testing a translate option for the feature on Chrome Canary, the browser's experimental testing channel where new ideas show up long before they're ready for everyday use.
