Developer Visceral Games has released the minimum and recommended Windows system requirements for its cops-vs-robbers shooter, Battlefield Hardline.

The game’s planned release on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in addition to the newer consoles means that even the recommended specifications aren’t too beefy for any reasonably up-to-date gaming PC to handle — you can still run it on 32-bit Windows Vista if so inclined. The recommended video cards are each a few years old, so you can pick them up for less than the sticker price if this game is your excuse to upgrade your rig.

Battlefield Hardline launches for Windows, as well as PlayStation and Xbox consoles, on March 17 in North America, March 19 in continental Europe, and March 19 in the UK. An open beta is running on all platforms from February 3 through February 8.
