Plantronics CS50 Headset Review

Quote from the review at FutureLooks:

“The Plantronics CS50 is definitely a winner and a great conversation piece around the office. For the first couple weeks your co-workers and clients will wonder what you have hanging off the side of your ear. Every time the phone rings, you will feel like Captain Kirk talking to Scottie as you tap this Startrekish futuristic gadget on the side of you head to initiate and end conversations. It is even better with the servo activated HL10 Handset Lifter!

The only drawbacks I would say is the price of the CS 50 and the HL 10 Handset lifter is not included in the package. At a retail price of $299 USD for the CS50 and $79 USD for the HL 10 Lifter, the total price of $378 USD for both is a tad steep.”

There’s a big problem with the iPhone’s Photos app
The Apple iPhone 15 Plus's gallery app.

While my primary device these days continues to be my iPhone 15 Pro, I’ve dabbled with plenty of Android phones since I’ve been here at Digital Trends. One of my favorite brands of phone has been the Google Pixel because of its strong suite of photo-editing tools and good camera hardware.

Google first added the Magic Eraser capability with the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, which is a tool I love using. Then, with the Pixel 8 series, Google added the Magic Editor, which uses generative AI to make edits that wouldn’t be possible otherwise. There are also tools like Photo Unblur, which is great for old photographs and enhancing images that were captured with low-quality sensors.
