This story is part of Digital Trends' Cyber Monday coverage 2025

For Cyber Monday, some retailers are selling Instant Pots at half of their standard prices. You can purchase one of the multifunctional pressure cookers for under $50 — a price that’s typically unheard of for the Instant Pot brand.

Not familiar with Instant Pots? These amazing countertop appliances are electric pressure cookers that boast additional cooking functions. In one appliance, you can sauté, sear, slow cook, make yogurt, pressure cook, and more. The device cooks your ingredients consistently and accurately, and you can even cook without thawing. Want to brown ground beef? You can just toss a frozen block of ground beef in your Instant Pot, and break it apart after cooking — no need to thaw first.

The Duo60, the company’s most popular Instant Pot model, is selling for as low as $49. It serves as seven different appliances in one: pressure cooker, sauté pan, steamer, slow cooker, rice cooker, food warmer, and yogurt maker. If you got in on the action early, you may have been able to pick up a deal on a refurbished model. The refurbished Instant Pot Duo was selling for as low as $19, but the $19 refurbished models literally sold out within seconds, so that deal is no longer available.

The Instant Pot Lux, the baseline Instant Pot model is six appliances in one: Pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, sauté machine, steamer, and food warmer. The Lux has been selling for as low as $35, but the $35 deal may already be out of stock, as customers are quickly adding the low-priced 6-Quart Lux pots to their carts.

Some retailers, however, still have 6-quart Instant Pot Duos on sale for under $50. Target is still selling the Duo60 for $50, and Walmart is still selling the 6-quart Duo for $49. We are uncertain of exactly when the price will go back up.

If you want to purchase a more advanced Instant Pot model, which includes more cooking functions (like a sterilize function), the Duo Plus is also selling at half-price. You can pick up a . If you want to add some extra flare, you can even buy a Star Wars themed Instant Pot for around $100.

Imaginary AI products

I wanted to invent an AI product so silly that no founder could turn it into a seed round.

It had to solve a problem nobody had, collect far more data than the problem deserved, and turn normal behavior into an insight that sounded vaguely disappointed in its owner. Somewhere around the third feature, it would ask for a subscription.
