It is not uncommon for games to miss their initial release dates. Delays happen all the time, and in many cases those delays prevent a game from being released with glitches, rushed graphics, or a dozen other problems that could have been fixed with just a bit more time. You can now add Dead Rising 2 to the list of games that have been pushed back, but no reason has been given.

Originally scheduled for an August 31 release, Dead Rising 2 will now launch on September 28. Capcom has not announced whether or not this will affect the Dead Rising : Case Zero download, an Xbox Live exclusive DLC that acts as a prequel to the upcoming game, as well as a demo. Case Zero features Chuck Greene, the hero of the second game. It takes place three years before the events of Dead Rising 2,and shows Chuck’s first encounter with the zombie hordes.

If the problems are more than just minor polishes, the delay could be bad news for the eagerly awaited sequel.   We’ll have to wait until September to find out.

How to fix ‘servers at capacity’ error in Helldivers 2
A Helldivers 2 player fires a laser canon.

Helldivers 2 is a ton of fun to play, but the game isn’t without its small list of issues. One of these maladies is an error code that reads “servers at capacity.” If you’ve ever seen this pop-up window, you’ll know just how frustrating it can be to get around. But as far as fixes go, there's not much one can do when it comes to getting around this roadblock.
Can you fix the servers at capacity error?

Unfortunately, this is one error in Helldivers 2 that you have no power over. This issue falls on the game being just too popular for the game's servers to keep up with. A statement posted by developer Arrowhead in its official Discord said: "Our team is working around the clock to solve these issues. While we've been able to mitigate some of the causes, we are still struggling to keep up with the scaling that is needed to accommodate all our Helldivers. Therefore, we’ve had to cap our concurrent players to around 450,000 to further improve server stability. We will continue to work with our partners to get the ceiling raised.”

I spent 100+ hours in Hades. Here are my impressions of Hades 2
Melinoe being shot at by a witch.

The worst thing Hades 2 could do is ruin Hades.

The original Hades, a critically acclaimed action game by Supergiant Games, is one of the best games of all time, and it would be a shame for the highly replayable roguelike to be surpassed by a sequel that is just Hades, but more. Thankfully, it doesn't look like Hades 2 will fall into that trap.

After Amazon’s Fallout, these games deserve TV adaptations next
Ella Purnell in the Fallout TV show.

Something about postapocalyptic video games makes them perfect for adaptations. Fallout, The Last of Us, and Twisted Metal all have that kind of setting and have been some of the most well-liked video game adaptations ever. Maybe it's because the apocalypse provides such a rich sandbox to play in, or maybe it's because that kind of setting forces characters to make difficult choices, but it's the kind of setting that makes for both good gaming and TV.

Now that video game adaptations like these have been massive successes, Hollywood will probably start looking to see what other postapocalyptic video games are ripe for adaptation. Some are already in the works -- Death Stranding, The Division, Days Gone, and Horizon Zero Dawn all have adaptations in development -- but here are five more I'd like to see.
